Arnold Classic Vlog / Bikini Comp / Meeting Buff Bunny

Melbourne has come through with some glorious sunny weather for The Arnold Classic this year. The Arnold Classic is the world’s largest annual multi-sport expo, held in Melbourne from the 17th – 19th of March this year. 

My fiance, Tarren and I headed to the Exhibition Centre on Friday. Where we enjoyed live sports, health and fitness workshops and meeting some of our favourite athletes.

We filmed traveling to and from the expo and what to expect once you get inside. I also included a sneaky gym workout at the end of the vlog, you can check it out below!

I met one of my fitness inspirations and favourite YouTubers, Heidi Sommers aka Buff Bunny. I brought her a converse keyring as a little joke and she thought it was hilarious, calling it “Heidi size”. Heidi was incredibly kind and gave us a lot of her time.

Happy Valentines Day 

Happy Valentines Day from Japan! I’m currently traveling from Osaka to Niseko to enjoy some more snowboarding, yay!

Healthy Glowing Skin Smoothie

I’m not sure if it’s just me but 2017 has brought nothing but dull and blemished skin so far. I decided to start trading in my afternoon coffees for this healthy glowing skin smoothie, with noticeable results. 

I’ve been doing research into which foods can help improve my skin. A lot of obvious things came up like salmon, broccoli, and almonds. I also stumbled upon a whole list of foods I already enjoy that I used to create a delicious and creamy green smoothie!

Frozen banana and avocado give the smoothie an incredibly thick and creamy taste. The mango and pineapple sweeten things up and the greens pack one huge nutritional punch. Your skin will be thanking you for this one.

6 Skincare Tips You Need To Practice While You’re Young

I’m approaching my mid-twenties and whilst that’s not old, I’m no longer 16. Which means washing my face with soap and moisturising with body cream is no longer an option (I strongly advise against this btw).

Even though we know it’s important to care for our skin, it’s not until we hit our mid-late twenties that we start to take notice. While we may be happy with how our skin looks now, it won’t be long before we start to notice fine lines and/or pigmentation.
