Smoothies purchased from the shops can get a bad rap for being sugar filled juices. However, making them at home ensures you know exactly what you’re putting into your body.

I’ve been guilty of visiting Boost Juice more than my fair share. Although lately, I’ve been creating some delicious smoothies at home to curb my addiction and reduce the money I spend when I’m out.  It’s a win-win!
