Coconut water is one of the best hydrating drinks to enjoy during the warmer months. However, there are a number of benefits that coconut water has to offer.

During the warmer weather, I love drinking coconut water smoothies, coconut water vodka and drinking it alone really quenches your thirst! It’s such a popular beverage amongst health and fitness guru’s, so  I wanted to know what kind of benefits coconut water really has.

The number on reason coconut water is so popular, is because it aids in weight loss. The fat content is super low and it can help to suppress your appetite. High in Fibre, coconut can help you feel fuller and keeps you satisfied longer.

Because coconut water is high in fibre, it is a great way to help your digestive system and avoid indigestion and acid reflux.
