If you’re in need of some workout motivation this winter (I know I am) get moving with this outdoor workout. It aims to shape and tone your legs and butt!
- Warm Up: Toe Taps 1 min
- Air Squat x12
- Step Ups x20
- Walking or Isolated Elevated Lunges x20
- Jump Squat x12
- 8 Rounds
- Warm down: Stretch & Hydrate!
Take 2-3 minutes to rest and hydrate in between.
Don’t worry if you can’t do the full 8 rounds to start with, record how many you did the first time and aim to beat it next time!
